Covers 10-14m2/L. Can be spray, brush, pad or roller applied. Do not leave excess oil on the surface because the oil is designed to penetrate and dry deep into the timber, and not on the surface. If excess oil is left on the surface it will go tacky and dry slowly. A second coat is best applied on the following day. If the surface is tacky do not apply a further coat. Two coats should be sufficient in most cases however, if the timber still looks dry, apply a third coat.

Length of protection: This will depend entirely on weather conditions and the type of timber used. For the first 12 months inspect every 3 to 4 months. If the timber looks dry apply a quick further coat. No preparation is needed, simply go straight over the existing surface.
